The decision was to undergo a tummy tuck after two caesarean sections that left me excess skin and fat that it was impossible to remove with diet or exercise. I decided to be operated by Dr. Benito, who showed me photos of results to get used to the scar left after this intervention. The postoperative process is unpleasant and the waist support girdle is really uncomfortable. I was quite weak for a few days. Over time, the swelling decreased and the bruises disappeared. I used rosehip oil to improve the scar and lymphatic drainage for swelling. Now, 20 months after surgery, my self-esteem has improved and have a flat stomach.
