The decision was to undergo a tummy tuck after two caesarean sections that left me excess skin and fat that it was impossible to remove with diet or exercise. The postoperative process is unpleasant and the waist support girdle is really uncomfortable. I was quite weak for a few days. Over time, the swelling decreased and the bruises disappeared. I used rosehip oil to improve the scar and lymphatic drainage for swelling. Now, 20 months after surgery, my self-esteem has improved and have a flat stomach. The scar is still visible but it has whitened. To me, the surgery has been a success.
