Terms and Conditions of Purchase of the Give the Gift of Beauty voucher of Antiaging Group Barcelona.

These terms and conditions (including any document mentioned therein), relate to and govern the ordering and supply by Antiaging Group Barcelona of the give the gift of beauty voucher from our website www.antiaginggroupbarcelona.com (hereinafter referred to as "our Web").

These terms and conditions relate only to your purchase of the Give the Gift of Beauty voucher. The use of the Give the Gift of Beauty voucher for your part, or by any other person (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") is governed by the Terms and Terms of Cardholder gives beauty hereinafter as "Terms and Conditions of the Contractor"). 1. 1.This site is owned by the Limited Partnership Professional Cosmetic Surgery BCN SLP residing at c/ Dr. Carulla 12 planta 3, 08017 Barcelona, with CIF B-63819130.
2. By placing an order through our website, you warrant (i.e. testify) that:
   • You are able to legally sign binding contracts
   • You are 18 years or older
   • You live in Spain
   • The recipient of the Give the Gift of Beauty voucher will only be used by a resident in Spain
   • All information about you and the Contractor you provide (hereinafter "your information") is accurate, complete and current
3. You have two options, a "virtual" in which the gift’s recipient will receive the Give the Gift of Beauty voucher by email and the "physical or offline" in which we receive your order and take care of sending the gift voucher to its recipient. You will receive a confirmation email order in either case.
4. If you cancel your purchase, you may do so within the first 14 days of purchase. To do this you must inform us that you wish to cancel the Contract:

   Both the Give the Gift of Beauty voucher and the discount voucher you got from us will automatically be nullified as soon as we receive your cancellation order.
   Do not forget to add your bank details to get the refund. Antiaging Group Barcelona will withhold 10% of your purchase due to administrative expenses.
5. We are committed to protecting your privacy, and only we will take, use and store your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available in http://www.antiaginggroupbarcelona.com/aviso-legal/
   If you provide information relating to another person other than yourself, you must have his/her permission to do so.
   We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising as a result of any inaccuracy or incomplete information that you provide us or someone else's data you provide without their consent.
6. We deliver the Give the Gift of Beauty voucher by mail or courier at the address of the Contractor stated in the order. You will be responsible for providing correct postal and e-mail addresses. Cosmetic Surgery SLP BCN is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from circumstances of force majeure, such as: error in communication lines, error in redirected email addresses, defects in the hardware and software users, failures in the Internet network, firewall, antispam and antivirus systems. Nor do we take responsibility for shipping or delivery problems with the courier company (NACEX) in the case of physical delivery option card.
7. All text, graphics, image files, video or audio content, programs, applications and information displayed or available on this website, and all copyrights, trademark rights, design rights and other rights intellectual property inherent in them, are our property or property of our suppliers and licensees (hereinafter referred to as "Our Data").
