Consultation rules

The doctor-patient relationship is a priority for Antiaging Group Barcelona and we ensure that the patient experience from the moment you contact us until the time of end of treatment is the best. Our goal is to provide a human and scientific quality service, honest and efficient so that the treatment outcome meets the set objectives.

The quality of the doctor-patient relationship is essential. Mutual trust is one of the cornerstones in the success of treatment and that is why we place great importance on the first consultation, where our specialist will listen, try to understand your needs and expectations and explain in a clear and comprehensive the treatment to be performed, the goals that can be achieved and the expected personal experience during and after the treatment.

We can help make this experience as positive and rewarding for you. Since the first visit is crucial, we will book you a time with our specialist for all your questions to be resolved. For this reason, we’ll request your name, phone number and email and you should tell us the best way and time to contact you.

Our patient support staff will help you with everything you need and you’ll have to confirm your attendance 48 hours before your appointment with us. If you have to reschedule or cancel please do so in sufficient time (48 hours unless unforeseen events) so that we can offer the time reserved for you to another patient on the waiting list.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the time of consultation so that we can streamline the paperwork of your personal data for medical history.

If you arrive with a delay of more than 15 minutes we may not be able to see you and have to reschedule your visit depending on the day’s agenda so that we can dedicate to you the time and attention your first consultation requires. Please notify us if you think you will not arrive in time not to affect other patients.

Please note that the price of the first consultation is 50€.
