Weight loss program in Formentera (Spain)

We proudly announce our collaboration with 4Less in a very special program to lose weight and to return to a healthy balanced diet. This 7 or 14 day program is all inclusive (travel, accommodation and treatment) and includes an integrated scheme of medical, sporting and aesthetic activities. The program is based on the combination of a controlled healthy diet, with the practice of sport and relaxation, in Formentera, the ideal environment to disconnect and combat stress levels.

Our doctor Laura Salvador is responsible for the medical part. To start with, a medical examination will be conducted prior to the stay, including an EIS or any of our nutrigenetic programs. In addition to measuring weight, fat percentage and lean mass, we discuss with the patient the expectations they have in the program. Once in Formentera, during the first week Dr. Salvador will give talks about nutrition and antiaging and will offer support as a specialist. At the end of the stay, we’ll proceed to compare measures, and establish control and monitoring patterns.
