Hola Francisco Javier,
Imagino que el problema que tiene es la lipoatrofia producida por los retrovirales. Desgraciadamente no existe un tratamiento para lipoatrofia generalizada y sólo podemos mejorar la zona facial, bien mediante inyección de tejido adiposo de otra zona o bien mediante rellenos sintéticos si no existe tejido adiposo. Habría que evaluar en la consulta lo que se puede hacer. Si le interesa puede pedir cita rellenando el siguiente formulario de contacto o llamando al 93. 252 09.67.
