Wrinkles appear becasue of repeatedly face gesticulation specially in forehead, periocular (on eyes) and peribucal (vertical wrinkles on lips). The best treatment in these cases is Vistabel®, most commonly known as Botox®. In severe cases , Vistabel can be complemented with fillers which gives volume.
Moreover, is a good choice in hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) in arm pits, hands and feet.
What is the treatment about?
Vistabel® consists of painless botulinic toxine micro injections infiltrations in muscles and areas to be treated.
How long does the treatment last ?
• The treatment is made in just one session, it does not require to stay overnight nor local anesthesia though it can be used upon request.
• The patient can get back to normal life inmediately .
• You will start noticing the effect 3-4 days after the treatment but when it’ll become really noticeable 7-10 days after the treatment, when the effect is complete.
• Vistabel® effects are not permanent and tend to start fading after 3-4 months, going away completely within 5-6 months. You can then repeat the treatment.
