  First of all, the 24 of June is a local holiday here and it’s a long weekend so we won’t be back to the clinic until Monday 28.
  Concerning the lines around your lips, the only suitable treatment to do is an ablative laser. Because summer is around the corner, you should wait until October to get this treatment. Regarding the lines in the forehead if you want to get rid of them the only treatment is surgery, to cut the muscle fibers and afterwards probably performing a laser or filler depending on the depth.

hello, i am living in barcelona at the moment and am after some advice! 6 months ago in england i had a restalyne injection in my forehead wrinkle which didnt do anything!! i was quite upset as it cost quite alot of money, im only in my 20′s and would really like a solution, any suggestions? thanks

  Yes, it is the same product, but Vistabel is the authorize trademark by the Ministry of Health to be used for aesthetic purposes and to treat the muscles of frowning. The cost is around 500euro to treat the whole forehead.

digamen por favor cuantos tippos de rrellenos faciales existen y entre cuanto pueden oxilar sus precios y que tiempo duran , tales como el acido hialuronico,el botox, o la toxina butilinica, estoy interesada en rrellenarme el entre cejo , cuanto me costaria gracias .

  En el mercado existe multitud de rellenos comercializados. Es importante diferenciar lo que es un relleno y la toxina botulínica o bótox. El relleno es un producto que se pone con un pequeño pinchazo en una zona en la que hay una arruga o depresión para llenarla, y que desaparezca la depresión que se ha producido. En cambio, la toxina botulínica, que también se administra con un pequeño pinchazo tiene el efecto de paralizar el músculo en el que se administra con el objetivo de eliminar una arruga de expresión, por ejemplo en el musculo del entrecejo lo paraliza evitando que se produzca esa típica expresión de enfado.
  Nuestra recomendación para rellenar el entrecejo es realizarlo con ácido hialurónico. El precio son 350 €.

tengo 33 años y desde los 30 años comenzaron a aparecer las arrugas en el entrecejo, a partir de los 32 años comence con aplicaciones de acido hialuronico, luego unos IPL, seguidamente una sesion de plasma rico en plaquetas pero sin ningun resultado favorable hace poco me aplique botox pero fue minimo el resultado. La verdad no veo las ventajas en estos tratamientos ademas que las arrugas no son tan profundas. Quizas la cirujia seria la solucion pero soy muy joven para eso.

  En el entrecejo si no se debilita el músculo los resultados no son buenos. La arruga hay que rellenarla una vez los músculos no funcionan. por regla general el Botox es efectivo. Si no, la cirugía de sección de corrugadores por via endoscópica es la solución. La edad no e sun inconveniente, ya que no se trata de un lifting sino sólo de un tratamiento ablativo de la musculatura

  Mónica: El tratamiento más efectivo es la toxina botulínica, que bloquea los músculos causantes. Una vez bloqueados, la arruga se puede disimular con un relleno de ácido hialurónico. Alternativamente, el tratamiento definitivo consistiría en la escisión de los músculos causantes mediante endoscopia (a través de unas pequeñas incisiones en cuero cabelludo).
